Faux Fur Care Instructions

- We strongly recommend having all faux fur items cleaned by a specialist dry cleaner.
- To refresh and add volume, use a cold blow dryer—avoid using heat.
- If your faux fur gets wet, hang it in a well-ventilated area to dry naturally.
- Please note, due to the nature of faux fur, slight variations in appearance may occur compared to the images on our website, especially due to lighting.
- Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your faux fur, as certain chemicals may affect the texture.
- You may experience some loose hairs when first wearing your faux fur, but this will naturally lessen after a few wears.

Order & Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is placed—be sure to check your junk or spam folder just in case.

Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability. Some of our pieces are made to order, while others are ready to ship immediately. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch, if the item is made to order. We will notify you via email or text when your order has been shipped.

We primarily use Tracked Royal Mail for deliveries. If your item isn’t made to order, please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive. You'll receive shipment updates and notifications directly from Royal Mail. 

If you need immediate shipping, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of placing it, please reach out to us with your order number so we can assist you.
